Structural Repairs:
For structural repairs. we use a low-viscosity, rapid-setting epoxy adhesive often with an engineered pressure treated wood wall. Structural repairs very in pricing depending on degree the structural integrity compromised. When required I prefer to use outside structural engineers to avoid conflict of interest.
Non-Structural Repairs:
On non-structural repairs we use single-component, water activated, hydrophilic, low viscosity polyurethane injection resin. It's a closed cell, water tight foam that can be used to seal actively leaking joints/cracks in concrete structures - it expands to fill the path with an elastic deal that stops water but allows crack movement to protect against stress transfers.
