We had problems with leaky basement, so we looked for someone who could find the leak and fix it. Our neighbour recommended Shane from Concrete Menders. Shane was fully booked and we had to wait a bit, but the wait was worth it. It took Shane less than 5 minutes to find the culprits- several holes in the concrete wall that had never been sealed properly. Since everything was covered by insulation, we never thought about it. Luckily, Shane did. Once the issue was identified Shane worked fast, efficient and was done in no time. He is professional and reliable, and his price is reasonable.
